Grant of License
Vectyux grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use our 3D icon assets for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.
This license applies to all assets accessed through your Pro or Studio subscription.
License by Plan
The scope of your license depends on your plan:
Icon Packs
LIFETIME ACCESSBuy 1 to 5 packs individually. Share your license with a friend or teammate — each purchase includes 2 seats.
VOLUME PRICING:
💡 2 Seats Benefit: You can invite 1 additional person to use the icons from your purchased packs. Both users get full access to the purchased packs. This is the ONLY plan that allows sharing.
Pro Plan
STANDARD LICENSE$17/month subscription. Access all packs. 1 seat only (no sharing).
Studio Plan
$24/MONTHEverything in Pro, plus resale rights. 1 seat only (no sharing).
Permitted Uses
Websites & Apps
Use icons in user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications.
Marketing
Use in promotional materials, social media, ads, and presentations.
Client Work
Use in projects for clients, as long as icons are part of a larger design.
Modifications
Adjust colors, size, and effects to suit your design needs.
Prohibited Uses
Never Allowed (Even with Extended License):
No Redistribution
You cannot resell, share, or redistribute the source icon files as standalone assets.
No Stock Libraries
You cannot upload icons to stock sites or public repositories.
No AI Training
Prohibited for training AI or Machine Learning models.
No Trademark
You cannot register a logo containing our icons as a trademark.
Termination
This license is effective as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, you retain the right to use icons already downloaded, but you lose access to new downloads.
Vectyux may terminate your license immediately if you violate any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the icons.
