Simple rules for a fair service.

Key Points (TL;DR)

  • You must be 18+ to use this service.
  • Payments are secure (Stripe) and prices are in USD.
  • Refunds are generally NOT available for digital downloads (with specific EU exceptions).
  • Pro Subscriptions ($19/mo) can be cancelled at any time.
  • Lifetime deals mean the lifetime of the Vectyux business.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vectyux, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Vectyux cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3. Payments & Plans

Services are billed in advance on a one-time (Packs, Lifetime) or recurring basis (Subscriptions).

  • Subscriptions: Billed monthly. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Lifetime Deals: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Vectyux product/service. If the service is discontinued, we will provide at least 90 days notice where possible.
  • Free Trials: If offered, free trials will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

4. Refund Policy

General Rule: No Refunds on Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded or exported, it cannot be "returned". Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once you have accessed the content.

EU Withdrawal Right (14 Days)

If you are in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal ONLY IF you have not started downloading or streaming the digital content. By downloading an icon, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vectyux. Our icons are licensed, not sold, to you. See our License Agreement for specific usage rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vectyux be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Vectyux for the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
